Ballyteige Solar Limited is applying for planning permission for the development of an 110kV electrical substation, grid connection and associated infrastructure to serve two solar farms, Ballyteige (PA Ref: 2198) and Derrygrogan (PA Ref: 22378 and ACP 318041-23). The proposed development is in the townlands of Ballyteige Little, Wood of O, Corndarragh, Derrnagall or Ballydaly, Ardan and Puttaghan, Co. Offaly. 

Following consultations pursuant to Section 182E of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended), An Coimisiún Pleanála determined that the proposed development is Strategic Infrastructure Development within the meaning of Section 182A of the Act which necessitates a planning application being made directly to An Coimisiún Pleanála (ACP).

It is a requirement of ACP that the applicant creates a specific website to include all of the application documentation
